Nithyananda Yoga is a complete practice and philosophy designed by The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam to empower individuals. It combines the depth of spirituality with the scientific temperament of the West, aiming to bring practitioners into deep awareness and experience states of Nithya Ananda (Eternal Bliss).
Prathama Vinyasa Krama is a sequence of 108 asanas that are performed with the intention of living like a God, in the space of Sadashivoham. By intensely flowing through these 108 asanas, the body aligns itself with the Cosmos.
