Why am I more angry or irritable than usual?

Nithyanandam!

Anger can increase with age due to several factors. As we grow older, we often accumulate experiences and unresolved emotions that can lead to frustration. The thickening of our logic, much like a parrot growing in a cage, can create a struggle to express ourselves freely.

Moreover, societal pressures, unmet expectations, and the feeling of being misunderstood can contribute to heightened anger. It is essential to recognize that anger is often a reflection of our internal state and unresolved issues within ourselves. Instead of allowing anger to control us, we must cultivate awareness and learn to channel that energy positively.

Engaging in practices like meditation and self-reflection can help us manage anger effectively. Remember, the key is to look within and understand the root causes of our emotions. By doing so, we can transform our anger into constructive energy for personal growth.
