Whenever you make a commitment which you are not sure you can keep, there is a part of you sitting inside you and making mockery of your words. That part is what is called fear. I tell you, go on committing to things which you think you cannot do, and go on breaking the hangover you carry in your heart, which says that you cannot make it! That is the only way you will stretch beyond fear.
